Casa Verdi’ is situated in the Cummunidad de Valencia in the village of Beniarjo at the southern end of the Costa Azahur.

It is a 5 minute drive from Gandia from where you can take the train to Valencia (45 minutes) and catch the local metro or local supertram to The Americas Cup Village and the European Formal One track. Let the train take the strain and enjoy the sights of Spain’s third city the up and coming major tourist attraction without the nightmare of driving into the city and incurring the cost of city centre hotels. You will also have the opportunity to relax in the rural and relaxed atmosphere of a small Spanish village. Gandia is our local wealthy and bustling Spanish city and many local Spanish resorts are close by, busy in the height of Summer but quiet for the rest of the year. The European Union blue flags fly on many of our beaches which are a mere 15 minute drive away. The interesting Moorish town of Oliva, with its natural sand dune beaches is also close by and we are also close to the mountains and pine clad valleys of the Sierras of Eastern Spain with many walks illustrated, Anyone for Tennis or Golf?, this can be arranged.

Guests will receive a warm and friendly welcome from the owners, who have lovingly restored the property and created a gorgeous environment in which to relax. with quality traditional British furniture and fabrics throughout, making it cool in summer and cosy in winter. The Guest floor comprises one twin and one double bedroom with private facilities and mini bar including tea and coffee making facilities. There is a very comfortable lounge on the ground floor with satellite TV and breakfast can be taken in the Dining Room or on the lower or middle terrace, depending on the time of year. The terraces offer uninterrupted views of the orange and lemon groves with a backdrop of mountains beyond where early morning and evening sun can be enjoyed to the full. Parking is within a few paces of the Guest House and the traditional Spanish square, where there are cafes and bars only a 2 to 3 minutes walk from ‘Casa Verdi’. Junction 61 of the A7 motorway is approximately 15 minutes drive. Alicante airport is 75 minutes away and Valencia airport a 45 minutes drive.

In order to offer clients total privacy and care the Guest House will only accommodate one party at any one time, ie if there are only two in your party then the guest floor is your private domain.
